Holdings in Company and Total Voting Rights
Grafenia (AIM: GRA) announces that as a result of the admission today of
further shares in the Company in respect of the equity fundraising first
announced on 29 August 2023, the Company has today been informed of the
following changes to shareholdings in the Company.

Total Voting Rights
The Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement
comprises 390,083,306 ordinary shares of 1 penny each with one voting right
per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any shares in
treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights
in the Company is 390,083,306.
The above figure of 390,083,306 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
