Director/PDMR Shareholding

Software Circle (AIM: GRA) has been notified that on 27 December 2023 Matthias
Riechert, a Non‐Executive Director and persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 13.5
pence per share.

 

As a result, Mr Riechert has a total beneficial interest in 2,612,940 Ordinary
Shares, equivalent to 0.67% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

 

The FCA notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, is appended further below.
