Software Circle (AIM: SFT) announces that the Company has been informed of the
following change to shareholdings in the Company:

 P&R REAL VALUE      47,336,389                                                46,498,775                                11.92%

 

The Company has been informed that this change in shareholding is a result of
the recent increase in the Company's share price and a restriction in place
regarding the value of a single holding which P&R REAL VALUE is permitted
to have in its funds.
