acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1939 GMT on Friday:
    
    **  Swiss technology firm SoftwareOne Holding  SWON.S  is
exploring a potential merger with smaller Norwegian competitor
Crayon Group Holding  CRAYN.OL , Bloomberg News reported on

    ** White House officials have signaled a delay in taking a
decision regarding the takeover of U.S. Steel  X.N  by Japan's

    ** Private equity firm Bain Capital has lined up advisers
for the possible sale of British motor and home insurer esure,

several funds over the potential sale of a minority stake in its

advanced talks to acquire GLP Capital Partners' operations

    **  Barclays  BARC.L  is finding it difficult to sell a
stake in its British merchant payments business due to diverging
views on its valuation, four people with knowledge of the matter
told Reuters, complicating the bank's plans to revamp the

    ** Specialized cloud services provider CoreWeave is in talks
to arrange a sale of existing shares, valuing it at $23 billion,

    ** Vista Outdoor  VSTO.N  said on Friday Czechoslovak Group
(CSG) has agreed to buy a 7.5% stake in its sporting gear unit
for $150 million as part of a larger deal to acquire the

        ** HSBC Holdings  HSBA.L  is in talks to sell its South
African corporate banking business to a unit of FirstRand

    ** Denmark's DSV  DSV.CO  has agreed to buy Schenker, the
logistics arm of German state rail operator Deutsche Bahn, for

    ** The world's largest online betting company Flutter
 FLTRF.L  said  it will buy a 56% stake in NSX Group, the
operator of Brazilian gaming group Betnacional, for about $350
million as it seeks to expand in the soon-to-be regulated
