SoftwareOne confirms it is in talks to acquire rival Crayon

Dec 13 (Reuters) - Swiss technology firm SoftwareOne
Holding  SWON.S  confirmed on Friday that it is in advanced
discussions to acquire Norwegian rival Crayon Group Holding
 CRAYN.OL  for a consideration of cash and shares.
    There is no certainty that this will lead to an offer to
Crayon shareholders, the company said.
