SoftwareOne falls after report it nears taking Crayon Group Holding private

** Shares in SoftwareOne  SWON.S  fall around 10% after
Bloomberg News reported the company is nearing a deal to take
private its Norwegian competitor Crayon Group Holding  CRAYN.OL 
    ** SoftwareOne declined to comment
    ** The move could be announced as early as next month,
Bloomberg added, citing people familiar with the matter
    ** Crayon Group Holding's shares jump 6.7%
    ** SoftwareOne's stock is down by 60% year-to-date; if
losses hold it will see its worst day since end-October
