Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Feb 25

Feb 25 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

for their accuracy:
    
    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC  
    Spanish telecoms company Telefonica  TEF.MC  has sold its
unit in Argentina for $1.245 billion to Telecom Argentina
 TECO2m.BA  as part of its strategy to gradually reduce its
exposure to Latin America, it said on Monday evening.
    
    CAIXABANK  CABK.MC  
    Caixabank said on Tuesday it would propose a capital
reduction of up to 10% of its share capital through treasury
share redemption.
    
    ROVI  ROVI.MC  
    Rovi said on Tuesday its full-year net profit was 136.9
million euros.
    The company also said on Tuesday it maintains its previously
announced guidance for 2025. 
    Separately, the company said on Tuesday it would propose a
gross dividend of 0.9351 euro per share.
    
    MELIA HOTELS  MEL.MC  
    Soges Group  SOGES.MI  said on Monday it signed a management
deal for hotel Melia Venezia Lido with Melia Hotels. 
    
    PHARMA MAR  PHMR.MC  
    Pharma Mar said on Monday it completed a buyback reaching
the maximum monetary amount.
    
    SQUIRREL MEDIA  SQRL.MC  
    The company said on Tuesday it entered an agreement to buy
NF Media and MATPRO.
