    * Award of contracts for proposed erection of a 
multiple-user general industrial factory development 
    * Group has been awarded contracts by SB (Waterview) 
Investment Pte. Ltd. 
    * Total contract sum for project is S$82.5 million 
    * Award of project is not expected to have a material impact 
on eps of group for current financial year ending 31 Dec 2017
