shareholders' agreement with CS Corp and Hiew Ching Yong and 
Swanhoff Pte 
    * Project is not expected to have a material impact on 
consolidated net earnings per share of co for FY ending 31 Dec 
2017 
    * Agreement to subscribe for a 70% stake in CS Corp pte.
