AIRBUS AIR.PA:

Air Niugini signed a firm order for two A220 planes.

Air Liquide AIRP.PA

French industrial gases supplier L'Air Liquide announced on Tuesday acquisition of two outpatient intensive care companies, Intensivleben GmbH and AP-Sachsen GmbH.

Aubay AUBT.PA

French digital service company Aubay has started exclusive negotiations with Solutec Holding with a view to acquiring 100% of Solutec's share capital, almost exclusively for cash.

Clariane CLARI.PA

France-based healthcare facilities company Clariane announced on Tuesday it signed its first green energy power purchase agreement with Ignis. It will take effect in August 2026 for a period of 10 years, and involves construction of a solar power plant in Italy.

Derichebourg DBG.PA

French business services provider Derichebourg reported significant improvement in first-half 2024-2025 results on Tuesday.

FRANCE/INDONESIA:

French President Emmanuel Macron will meet his Indonesian counterpart Prabowo Subianto in Jakarta on Wednesday, and strengthening defence ties with Paris' biggest arms client in Southeast Asia will be prominent in their talks.

JCDecaux JCDX.PA

French advertising firm JCDecaux announced on Tuesday that David Bourg has been appointed group chief financial, IT and operations officer.

Mercialys MERY.PA

French property management company Mercialys announced on Tuesday the successful placement of a 300 million euro bond issuance with a 7 year maturity.

Soitec SOIT.PA

Semiconductor materials supplier Soitec withdrew its full-year and midterm outlook on Tuesday. It also said in a separate statement that Chief Financial Officer Lea Alzingre will step down with immediate effect and will be replaced by Albin Jacquemont.
