** Shares of neurotech wellness firm  HSDT.O  slumps 30% to
$8.45 - a record low - after announcing pricing of an
underwritten registered public offering
    ** Co announces public offering of 1,204,375 shares, about
50% of outstanding, of its common stock at a price of $8/shr - a
discount of 34% to stock's last close
    ** Net proceeds to be used for funding operations, working
capital; offering to close by about November 12, co says
