rupees, their biggest one-day gain since Oct. 8
    ** Pharma co's Q2 consol profit and revenue rises over
11-fold and 13%, respectively, helped by traction in its
emerging markets and formulation segment
    ** SHME sees third-busiest day in nearly three months, with
over 391,000 shares traded
    ** Stock extends YTD gains to 166% vs 122% gain in peer
