March 11 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INDITEX ITX.MC Zara owner Inditex, the world's biggest fast fashion company, said currency-adjusted sales grew 9% between February 1 and March 8, meeting analysts' expectations, and added its sales grew 7% in currency-adjusted terms over 2025. BBVA BBVA.MC Austria's Raiffeisen Bank RBIV.VI is closing in on a deal to buy the Romanian business of BBVA's Garanti unit, two people with knowledge of the situation told Reuters on Tuesday. TELEFONICA TEF.MC Spain's High Court has rejected Telefonica's appeal against a 3 million euro fine imposed by competition watchdog CNMC in 2022 for denying six rival operators access to its poles, El Confidencial reported on Wednesday. The ruling can still be appealed before the Supreme Court. ERCROS ECR.MC Funds Yosemite and Mainberg have signalled they will tender into Bondalti's 320 million euro bid for Ercros, as the Portuguese group seeks to clear the 50% acceptance threshold, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday, citing market sources. REIG JOFRE RJFE.MC According to Expansion, Reig Jofre expects to add more than 25 million euros in revenue and lift margins in coming years by expanding its biotech unit Leanbio, as it seeks to return to growth and assesses acquisitions in Germany and Italy. SOLARIA SLRS.MC RBC raises its recommendation to "outperform" from "sector perform"; raises target price to 22.5 euros from 18 euros.
