are considering litigation against Spanish market regulator CNMV
over the bidding war for Applus.

stake in Rovi's third-party manufacturing business, Expansion
reported on Monday, citing several market sources.
SOLARIA SLRS.MC
The company said on Monday it had bought 435 megawatts of PV
modules at 0.0911 euros per watt from a tier 1 manufacturer.
