Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday that Telefonica and Vodafone Espana are finalizing the sale of a 30% stake in their fiber joint venture FiberPass to French insurer Axa, in a deal for around 450 million euros.
MAPFRE MAP.MC, ACCIONA ANA.MC
Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday that Mapfre is finalising purchase of Ombu offices in Madrid from Acciona, according to real estate sources. Purchase price would be around 110 million euros.
BANKINTER BKT.MC
Bankinter said on Wednesday it had agreed to integrate wholly-owned subsidiary Bankinter Consumer Finance in Bankinter.

JP Morgan raises to overweight from neutral; raises target price to 11.41 euros from 9.4 euros.
SOLARIA SLRS.MC
Barclays raises target price to 23.5 euros from 17 euros.
