Nov 24 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INDITEX ITX.MC RBC raised Inditex to "outperform" from "sector perform" and hiked the target price to 52 euros ($59.92) from 49 euros. IBERDROLA IBE.MC Iberdrola's Brazilian unit Neoenergia NEOE3.SA said on Friday it had signed a contract to sell hydro-power plant Dardanelos to EDF Brasil Hidro Participacoes for 2.5 billion reais ($462.72 million). SANTANDER SAN.MC Morgan Stanley raised its target price for Santander to 11 euros from 10 euros. BBVA BBVA.MC Morgan Stanley raised its target price for BBVA to 20.5 euros from 19 euros. CAIXABANK CABK.MC Caixabank said on Monday it had completed its 500 million euro buy-back programme representing 0.86% of its share capital. REPSOL REP.MC Repsol won a significant victory at Spain's High Court, as it partially upheld some of Repsol's arguments, which would allow the company to avoid most of the 100 million euro tax claim from the Spanish tax authorities, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Monday. NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC Neinor Homes said on Friday it would launch a second bid at 24 euros per share for Aedas Homes AEDAS.MC if its 21.335 euro bid fails to attract shares representing more than 50% of the capital. SOLARIA SLRS.MC RBC cut Solaria to "sector perform" from "outperform" and raised the target price to 18 euros from 14 euros.
