** Co names Jennifer Fulk as its next finance chief. She will succeed James Mackaness, who retires end-Q1; he will remain a consultant through the end of the year

** Fulk joins with 20+ years of experience, including in senior finance roles at Eli Lilly LLY.N - SLNO

** Co says appointment comes as it rolls out VYKAT XR, its once-daily pill for Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic disorder causing constant hunger and developmental issues

** CEO Anish Bhatnagar says outgoing-CFO Mackaness helped guide co's financial strategy as it navigated through late-stage development, FDA approval and launch of VYKAT XR

** Shares up ~3% in 2025
