March 31 (Reuters) - The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq declined on Monday, with technology stocks among the largest fallers, as investors took a cautious approach to U.S. equity markets ahead of the Trump administration's upcoming tariff plans being announced.  .N

At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.21% at 41,669.35. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.43% at 5,556.97, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.24% at 17,107.39.
