Annual Report & Accounts

Notice of AGM

 

Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added component supplier and
design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of
AGM to shareholders who have requested a physical copy.

The Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM are available to view on
the Company's website at: https://solidstateplc.com/reports-and-documents/

The AGM will be held at 9.00am on 11 September 2025 at the offices of Walbrook
PR, 75 King William St, London EC4N 7BE.

If shareholders are intending to attend the meeting in person, we would
request that they register this intention at least 48 hours in advance of the
meeting at (investor.information@solidstateplc.com
(mailto:investor.information@solidstateplc.com) ).

The AGM will also be available remotely, however shareholders will not be able
to vote remotely so are encouraged to submit their votes via proxy at the
earliest opportunity.  Shareholders that wish to attend the AGM remotely

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions for the Board to consider.

Solid State holds site visits to its head office in Redditch where operations
from both the Systems and Components divisions can be seen.  Interested
