Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added component supplier and
design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that Peter James, Chief Financial Officer, and his wife Rosemary
James, have transferred ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from
their respective personal holdings into Rosemary's SIPP, effected by the sale
and repurchase of Ordinary Shares in the quantities and prices set out below.
