PDMR/PCA Dealings

 

Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value added component supplier and
design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that Gary Marsh, Chief Executive Officer, effected a transfer of
shares held by him to his and his spouse's ISAs through the following
transactions, undertaken today. Gary Marsh sold 21,622 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal
holding at a price of £1.85 per share. He subsequently purchased 10,803
Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.85125 into his ISA account and his spouse,
Laura Marsh, also purchased 10,802 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.85125 per
share into her ISA account.
