Award of shares under All Employee Share Plan - PDMR Dealing
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the specialist value-added component supplier and
design-in manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that the following existing ordinary shares of 5p each held under
the Company's existing All Employee Share Plan ("AESP"), have been acquired by
certain Officers following vesting:
