** Shares of therapy developer Soligenix  SNGX.O  rise ~4%
to $3.64 premarket
    ** Company says it received European patent for improved
production of synthetic hypericin, the key ingredient in its
therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL)
    ** CTCL is a group of rare blood cancers that affect the
skin
    ** The patent is set to expire in 2036 - SNGX
    ** Up to last close, stock down 71% YTD
