Sept 27 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

SOLTEC SOLPW.MC
The company said on Thursday it would publish H1 results as
soon as a review was completed, expecting an initial revenue of
250-260 million euros. Soltec also said it had started
negotiations with financial institutions to elaborate a debt
restructuring plan for its unit.
Separately, the Spanish stock market regulator suspended its
share trading.
NEXTIL NXTE.MC
Nextil reported on Thursday a H1 net profit of 75 million
euros versus a loss of 5.9 million euros one year ago.
BBVA BBVA.MC
Spanish lender BBVA BBVA.MC and U.S. investor KKR KKR.N
said on Friday they had formed a strategic partnership focused
on investments linked to the world's climate-driven transition
to a low-carbon economy.
TALGO TLGO.MC
The shareholders of Talgo have asked Skoda to launch a
takeover bid in order to merge the two companies, Spanish
newspaper Expansion said on Friday, citing sources close to
Talgo.
IBERDROLA IBE.MC
Avangrid has approved in its annual shareholders meeting
Ibedrola's acquisition of the remaining 18.4% share capital the
utility didn't already own, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on
Friday.
SABADELL SABE.MC
Banco Sabadell expects Spain's competition watchdog CNMC to
decide on BBVA's takevoer bid in the "summer of 2025", and that
the Spanish government could intervene before the Sabadell's
shareholders vote, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on Friday.
