    ** Revenue decrease is primarily attributable to
decommissioning of Project Marie impacting both proprietary
mining and hosting - co
    ** Q1 adj. EBITDA was negative at $2.9 mln, compared with
positive $853,000 a year earlier
    ** SLNH stock down 15.68% YTD
