to NZ$2.15, its highest since Aug 28, 2017
    ** Customer communications solutions provider to buy assets,
intellectual property of U.S.-based technology co DigitalToPrint

    ** Says acquisition to provide co initial sales footprint in
U.S. market
    ** SDL will make an upfront cash payment of $100,000 with
one-year earn out payments of additional cash and shares of up
