** Shares in Solutions 30  S30.PA  rise over 7% after the
technology services company signed a 5-year master agreement to
provide fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband in the Netherlands

    ** Portzamparc brokerage sees the agreement as "good news"
for the company, adding that it could bring around 1.5 points of
organic growth in 2022
