** Stock set for its strongest trading session in three months, if current trends hold

** The consumer and commercial finance co sells its New Zealand arrears loan book for NZ$8.0 million ($4.49 million)

** Co declares special dividend of 2.5 Australian cents per share

** Stock up 11.07%, including session's moves
