** Consumer and commercial finance co reports FY net profit attributable of A$31.4 million ($20.40 million) vs A$17 million last year despite 6% revenue from ops fall to A$207.4 million

** Declares final dividend of 8 Australian cents per share, payable on Oct 8

** About 545,085 shares traded, 4x 30-day average

** YTD, stock up 17.8%, including current session's move
