Nov 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

FRANCE/POLITICS:

French lawmakers voted to suspend a contested pension reform on Wednesday, as next year's budget bills inch through parliament under persistent threats to the government's survival.

SOLVAY SOLB.BR:

Solvay said on Wednesday it partnered with Noveon Forge for rare earth materials supply starting 2026. It also partnered with Permag on supply of rare earth materials.

CARREFOUR CARR.PA:

The family of billionaire Rodolphe Saade, owner of French shipping group CMA CGM, has bought a stake of around 4% in Carrefour CARR.PA to become its second-biggest shareholder, Europe's largest food retailer said on Wednesday.

ENGIE ENGIE.PA:

Engie signed a nine-year renewable energy supply agreement with AstraZeneca AZN.L running through 2034 to power its Texas manufacturing site.

KBC GROEP KBC.BR:

The Belgian lender reported third-quarter net income of 1  billion euros ($1.17 billion) and raised its full-year 2025 net interest income guidance to at least 5.95 billion euros.

L'OREAL OREP.PA:

The group priced on Wednesday a 3-billion-euro triple tranche bond, partly to finance the acquisition of Kering Beauté.

SBM OFFSHORE SBMO.AS:

The floating production solutions provider raised on Thursday its 2025 core earnings guidance to $1.65 billion after reporting a 26% increase in third-quarter revenue to $3.6 billion. It said Exxon Mobil XOM.N indicated it is contemplating exercising its purchase option for FPSO One Guyana in early 2026.

TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA:

The energy giant is considering the sale of some renewable assets in Asia to help cut its debt, Bloomberg reported on Thursday citing people familiar with the matter.
