Sept 26 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    LEBANON:
    The United States, France and several allies called for an
immediate 21-day ceasefire across the Israel-Lebanon border
while also expressing support for a ceasefire in Gaza following
intense discussions at the United Nations on Wednesday.
    
    BENETEAU  CHBE.PA :
    The group on Wednesday revised its operating margin outlook,
despite a drop in H1 results, citing earlier measures it took to
adapt to shifting market trends.
    
    JCDECAUX  JCDX.PA :
    The french advertising group won 7-year contracts from
Greater Stockholm Public Transport Authority to manage
advertising in bus shelters and central subway stations.
    
    SODEXO  EXHO.PA :
    French food catering firm Sodexo  EXHO.PA  is exploring a
potential acquisition of its U.S. rival Aramark  ARMK.N ,
Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.
    
    SOLVAY  SOLB.BR :
    French labour union CGT at Solvay's Salindres plant said on
Wednesday it had called on employees to go on strike a day after
the Belgian chemicals group announced it would close that
facility.
    
    UBISOFT  UBIP.PA :
    The French videogame maker on Wednesday lowered its forecast
for net bookings for the third quarter and full year, citing
disappointing performance in the second quarter.
