India's Som Distilleries ends higher as operations resume at suspended plant
** Shares of Som Distilleries and Breweries SDB.NS closed
2.8% higher at 117.69 rupees
** The liquor co said licence suspension on plant run by
associate pvt firm was stayed by Madhya Pradesh High Court and
normal operations have resumed
** Stock rose as much as 4.2% post the news and was trading
flat earlier
** The Madhya Pradesh government temporarily suspended the
licence after a child rights agency found children working at
the distillery
** The stock has lost over 5% since the issue was reported
in mid-June
