Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that on 7(th) August 2023, it purchased ordinary shares
of USD0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be cancelled in due course,
pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 9 March 2022.

Date of purchase: 7(th) August 2023

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 4,071

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 332 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 322.4 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share: 328.2199 pence

Following the above transactions and subsequent cancellation, the Company
advises that its issued share capital is 55,731,266 Ordinary Shares, with
5,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights
of the Company are 55,725,766.
