Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that on 12(th) September 2023, it purchased ordinary
shares of USD0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be cancelled in due
course, pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 8 March 2023.

Date of purchase: 12(th) September 2023

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 16,241

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 299 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 299 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share: 299 pence

Following the above transactions and subsequent cancellation, the Company
advises that its issued share capital is 55,715,025 Ordinary Shares, with
5,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights
of the Company are 55,709,525.
