Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

 

The Company announces that on 21(st) March 2024, it purchased ordinary shares
of USD0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be cancelled in due course,
pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 8 March 2023.

Date of purchase: 21(st) March 2024

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 17,500

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 301 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 301 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share: 301 pence

Following the above transactions and subsequent cancellation, the Company
advises that its issued share capital is 55,416,519 Ordinary Shares, with
5,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights
of the Company are 55,411,019.

 

Further to the Transaction in Own Shares and Total voting rights announcement
on the 20(th) March, the corrected highest and lowest price paid per Ordinary
share are as follows:

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 295 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 290 pence
