** Auto-parts maker's Q4 profit rises 10.4% to 1.64 bln rupees ($19.5 mln), as revenue grew 2.2% while expenses remained largely flat
** Stock set to rise for a fourth straight week
** More than 4.5 mln shares traded, 1.6x its 30-day moving avg
