** Shares of modernization engineering company Sonata
Software  SOFT.NS  rise 3.9% to 607.50 rupees
    ** Co says it won a multi-year AI-powered managed services
contract from a Fortune 500 company
    ** The client is a manufacturer of consumer goods and
industrial products, co says
    ** However, Sonata did not disclose financial details of the
order or the name of the client
    ** Including session's gains, stock down ~18% YTD
