Board Update

 

Further to the recent announcement that Nick Stone has been appointed as
Interim Finance Director of the Company, and that Joe Lopez has stood down as
Chief Financial Officer, Sondrel announces that Joe Lopez has now also stood
down as a Company Director with immediate effect.
