("Sondrel", the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")
Chief Financial Officer Succession
Sondrel (AIM: SND), a leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading
global technology brands, announces the intended appointment of Siobhan Martin
as Chief Financial Officer Designate.
Siobhan has held senior finance roles in various international businesses
including RPS Group Plc and Inchcape Plc and is currently COO of Hawarden and
Glen Dye Estates, a UK based leisure business. She will join Sondrel on 30
September 2024 and is expected to be appointed to the Board shortly
thereafter.
The Group's current Interim CFO, Nick Stone, will leave Sondrel later this
month, following the release of the Group's accounts earlier today.
Additionally, following the announcement on 22 May 2024, John Chubb has now
been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
