** Cancer-focused biotech enters into a clinical

** Under terms, companies to assess the safety and
preliminary efficacy of SONN's lead experimental candidate
SON-1010 in a clinical trial
** SONN's cancer treatment will be tested in combination
with ROG's immune checkpoint inhibitor atezolizumab in patients
with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
** SONN anticipates initiating clinical study during the Q2
of 2023 and will look to a successful safety evaluation for the
opportunity to expand the collaboration
** SONN stock had fallen ~80% in 2022
