Holdings Inc  SONN.O  rise ~27% to $1.47 before the bell 
    ** Co reports collaboration agreement with Johnson &
Johnson's  JNJ.N  unit Janssen Biotech Inc 
    ** Janssen will conduct preclinical studies to test SONN's
three cancer therapy candidates in combination with certain
Janssen's cell therapy candidates 
    ** SONN to supply the three compounds for use in preclinical
studies 
    ** Co says if studies are successful, could seek an expanded
collaboration with Janssen
    ** Stock down 79.9% YTD, as of last close
