** Specialty pharma co's shares  SNOA.O  rise 13.4% to $7.7
premarket 
    ** After markets closed on Wednesday, co said it launched
two new products for nasal care and oral care in Australia along
with its Australian partner Te Arai BioFarma Ltd  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw55gH62a
    ** Co's nasal care, Nasocyn, is used for preventative and
symptomatic care against cold and flu, while its oral care
spray, Oracyn, relieves symptoms while protecting from future
infections
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock rose ~56% YTD
