    ** Co reports Q3 adj. earnings of $0.16/shr vs. est. of loss
of $0.20/shr - Refinitiv  
    ** SONO also reports Q3 rev of $373.4 mln vs est. of $334.2
mln - Refinitiv 
    ** Co forecasts fiscal 2023 adj. core profit of $148
mln-$158 mln, ahead of est. of $145.2 mln 
    ** Adds it sees rev of $1.64 bln-$1.66 bln, decline of 6% to
5% from fiscal 2022
    ** "Despite the challenging environment, we are winning in
the market" -CEO Patrick Spence  
    ** Up to last close, stock down 7.4% YTD
