** Exane BNP Paribas raises Danish hearing solutions company Demant DEMANT.CO to "outperform" from "neutral" as it says the company's new product cycle in H2 will end a two-year EPS downgrade
** It cuts Sonova SOON.S to "underperform" from "outperform", saying it is weighed down by slowing positive effects from the company's latest product launch and competitive pressure
** HSBC upgrades Bayer BAYGn.DE to "buy" from "hold", saying litigation resolution is in sight, de-gearing the balance sheet is a possible next step and Asundexian may be a positive for sales from Q4 2025 for the German pharmaceutical group
** UBS cuts Deutsche Boerse DB1Gn.DE to "neutral" from "buy" as it says the German stock exchange group's valuation has reached its peak and expects "trading fatigue" to mean limited upside
