Sopra Steria proposed the acquisition of Starion and Nexova, companies active in space systems engineering and cybersecurity, expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.

VIRBAC VRIB.PA :

The French animal drugs maker said on Wednesday it was buying Felanorm, the globally leading drug for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism, from UK counterpart Norbrook, in a deal valued at 100 million pounds ($133.64 million).
