** Shares of Sopra Steria SOPR.PA are down 3.5% after CEO Cyril Malargé stepped down on Wednesday

** Malargé, who was Sopra Steria's CEO since 2022, was appointed as the chief executive of Alten LTEN.PA on Thursday

** "The process of appointing a new chief executive officer has been launched," the company's board of directors said in a press release

** The shares are on track for their worst day since December 2022 if the losses hold
