Sorted (AIM: SORT), a leading provider of delivery experience and post-purchase technology, was notified on 7 May 2025 that on 15 August 2024 Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd ("Turner Pope") held 371,720 ordinary shares of 62.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 4.86 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also notified on 7 May 2025 that the number of Ordinary Shares held by Turner Pope subsequently increased on 7 April 2025 to 615,800, representing approximately 8.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
