Director/PDMR Shareholding
Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI) announces that it has today been notified of the
following transactions by Mr Mark Slade and Mr David Rae, respectively Chief
Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
On 1 June 2022, Mr Mark Slade sold 4,444,444 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each
in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.19p per share and Mr David Rae sold
666,667 Shares at a price of 0.22p per share. These transactions were
undertaken for tax reasons.
Following these share sales, Mr Mark Slade's total shareholding in the Company
is 21,760,000 Shares, representing 0.84% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company and Mr David Rae's total shareholding in the Company is
13,000,000 Shares, representing 0.50% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
