("Location Sciences" or the "Company" or the "Group")
Director dealings
Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI) announces that it has today issued 42,500,000
new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at an issue price of 0.2 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price")
to Simon Wilkinson and Dr Nigel Burton, conditional upon Admission (as defined
below), as payment in lieu of fees ("Fee Shares") and as detailed in the table
below. The issue of the Fee Shares is in accordance with the terms of the
letters of appointment for Simon Wilkinson and Dr Nigel Burton and is in
respect of fees for the second year of their appointment as directors of the
Company.
Application for admission to trading and total voting rights
Application has been made for 42,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM, which is expected to take effect on or around 9 June 2022
("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise
2,647,587,398 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares
in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
