Notice of Annual General Meeting
Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI) announces that its Annual Report & Accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report") and circular containing
a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM")
("Circular") will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd at 8
Frederick's Place, London, EC2R 8AB on 30 June 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
The Company is pleased to be able to hold an open AGM this year. However, the
directors are still taking a cautious view as the Company cannot predict
whether local travel or meeting restrictions may be introduced at the time of
the meeting. Therefore, to minimise any risks, shareholders are encouraged to
review the guidance in relation to appointing a proxy within the Circular.
Copies of both the Annual Report and the Circular will be available on the
Investor Relations section of the Company's website at
